1. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order or requesting a quote does not form a binding contract until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment received is refunded in full.
2. Pricing & payment
Ready-made prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Custom kits are quote-based and priced individually. We accept bank transfer or pay-on-pickup only; we never process card payments through this site.
3. Custom & printed goods
Custom-printed items are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, except where the item is faulty or differs materially from your approved quote.
4. Intellectual property
By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. You retain ownership; we use it solely to produce your order.
5. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by ferry schedules, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
